The Halls of Origination will be the first of hopefully many instances in the Uldum complex. Uldum is the latest of the instances to continue the storyline related to the Titans, following in the footsteps of Uldaman and of course Ulduar.
What would a Titan instance be without Brann Bronzebeard? He’ll be making a return to the Halls of Origination presumably after recuperating from his Halls of Stone and Ulduar experiences.
After their success with Ulduar it seems logical that the Halls of Origination, which is a 5-player instance, will be the first of several instances in the Uldum area much as Halls of Stone and Halls of Lightning are adjacent to Ulduar and their storylines lead into the main raid instance.
Blizzard has experimented with egyptian themes before with AQ20 and AQ40 and they seem to be reincorporating that trend back into Uldum (which may be located inside a pyramid!).
The preliminary artwork looks great, a bunch of it was leaked as part of the Alpha client debacle in addition to what is posted here. This should be a fantastic instance.
